8 to 10 slices of bread

4 – 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

½ cup grated mozzarella

1 tbsp. Amul butter

1 small onion, chopped

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. red chilli powder

½ tsp. black pepper powder/mixed herbs

Heat butter in microwave for 3-4 seconds and add the chopped garlic in this butter immediately and mix it. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut all the bread slices into halves and spread this garlic flavoured butter on it (be generous). Now put the chopped onion and mozzarella on the loaf.

Bake this in preheated oven till mozzarella is melted and starts to change colour brown and the bread is crisp (approx. 7 to 8 minutes).

Remove out of the oven and sprinkle some salt, red pepper powder and black pepper poder and serve hot! Enjoy!
